The Barktown Rescue No Kill Shelter and Adoptions' Board of Directors is comprised of seven volunteers, and is vested with the full power to promote Barktown Rescue's welfare. The Board is elected annually by vote from volunteers. The Board meets monthly to discuss the concerns, direction, and management of Barktown Rescue No Kill Shelter and Adoptions' affairs.
